Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or special promos, processing may take an extra day—but don’t worry, we’re on it!

Shipping Timeline

We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your treats fresh and fast. 
Order should reach you within 7-10 days from the day the order was placed. Shipping speeds may vary based on your location.

Shipping & Partial COD Policy

1. We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) only. Full Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
2. To confirm a Partial COD order, customers must pay an advance of ₹200 at the time of placing the order.
3. A shipping charge of ₹100 is applicable on all orders.
4. A COD handling charge of ₹150 is applicable on all Partial COD orders.
5. At the time of delivery, you will need to pay the remaining order amount (after deducting the ₹200 advance already paid), along with the ₹150 COD handling charge.
6. The ₹200 advance payment will be adjusted against the total order value.
7. The advance payment is non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and processed.
8. Shipping charges and COD handling charges are additional and are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.
