Refund policy

• If the customer paid twice for a transaction, One of the transaction amount will be refunded via the same payment source within 7-10 working days.

• You can cancel the order before the order has been shipped.
• We normally ship order, same day the order was placed. So, Please inform us as soon as possible. Once the item has been shipped, the cancellation request cannot be processed.
